F1 Wallpaper ("we," "our," or "the App") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using our iOS application.
1. Data We Collect
- Device identifier: We use a device ID to provide the service, restore purchases, and sync your token balance and preferences.
- Usage and diagnostics: We may collect anonymous usage data and crash reports to improve the App.
- Prompts and generated content: When you create wallpapers, your prompt and generated images may be processed by our servers or third-party AI providers to deliver the feature.
2. How We Use Data
We use the data above to:
- Provide and personalize the App (e.g. AI generation, credits, subscriptions).
- Process payments and restore purchases (via the App Store and our payment/subscription providers).
- Send push notifications if you enable them (e.g. device token).
- Improve the App, fix bugs, and analyze usage.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Third Parties
We may use:
- Apple: App Store, sign-in, and device capabilities.
- RevenueCat (or similar): Subscription and entitlement management.
- Google / AdMob: Advertising (e.g. interstitial ads). See your device's ad settings and our ad partner's policy for choices.
- Firebase / push: Push notifications and analytics if enabled.
- AI providers: To generate wallpapers from your prompts.
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
4. Data Retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. You can delete the App to stop further collection; some data may remain in backups or as required by law.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the support option in the App or the contact details in the App Store listing. You can also use device and OS settings (e.g. limit ad tracking, reset advertising identifier) to control certain data.
6. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we have done so, please contact us so we can delete it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App or on our website and indicate the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
