Welcome to F1 Wallpaper. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

F1 Wallpaper lets you create AI-generated wallpapers with a Formula 1 theme. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app store rules.

2. Account and Device

We may use a device identifier to provide the service, sync your data, and manage subscriptions or credits. You are responsible for the device on which you use the App.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase (e.g. credits). Payment is processed by the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies. We may change pricing or plans with notice where required by law.

4. Content You Create

You retain rights to the prompts and ideas you submit. Generated wallpapers are for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use generated content for commercial purposes without separate permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. "F1" and related marks may be used under license. You do not acquire any ownership by using the App.

7. Disclaimers

The App and generated content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not affiliated with Formula 1 or its rights holders unless stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated in the App or by email where required.
